This week my blog is a bit emotional. Everywhere I turn I hear of someone's death. Is that what happens when you become an adult? You just hope to be one of the last ones standing?

Some thoughts that have been occupying the space between my ears for the last week: Orthotics, knee injuries and recognizing our own healing power!

If you are one of my followers living in Toronto I am sure you are sick and tired of this snow. Yes, it is winter but COME ON. We don’t get this much snow in Toronto.
