About Melissa Biscardi
Hi, I’m Melissa (aka Dr. Brainy)—founder of Concussion Rehab in Toronto. I’m a clinican and researcher specializing in concussion treatment and neuroperformance.
I've helped hundreds of people recover from concussion and I want to help YOU take control of your recovery and get back to your life. Through my clinical work, research, and Brain Tool Kit app, I’m redefining how concussion is assessed, treated, and trained.
What makes me different?
There’s no shortage of practitioners offering concussion treatment but very few take a truly integrated, systems-based approach and even less have their PhD in concussion rehabilitaion.
I specialize in concussion treatment and post-concussion syndrome, identifying and treating the root drivers of symptoms across neck/tissue based, visual, vestibular, and cognitive systems. This includes common issues like dizziness, blurred vision, headaches, and difficulty focusing.
My goal is to help you take control of your concussion treatment, whether your concussion is recent or years old.
