Direct billing is not available. Please check your plan as all plans are different. MVA and WSIB based services are not available.

Concussion Rehab is committed to providing all of our patients with exceptional care. When a patient cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another patient from being seen. We ask that patients give 24 hours notice of cancellation otherwise, 100% of the visit fee will be charged.
