6.3 Relationship to Clinical Services

8.3 Liability Cap
Subject to Section 8.4, Concussion Rehab's total liability arising out of or related to the Website is limited to $100 CAD or the minimum amount required by applicable law, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify and hold Concussion Rehab, its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Website, or your violation of any law or third-party right, except to the extent caused by our own negligence or misconduct.

13.2 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
13.3 Jurisdiction and Venue
Subject to Section 13.1, any disputes must be brought before the courts located in Toronto, Ontario, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts, except where applicable consumer protection law entitles you to bring a claim in a different venue.
14. Force Majeure
Concussion Rehab is not liable for any failure or delay in operating the Website resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet or hosting outages, acts of government, or labour disputes.
15. Electronic Communications
By submitting the Contact Us form, you consent to receive communications from us electronically, including by email, in response to your inquiry. These communications satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
17. Privacy
Your use of the Website is governed by our Privacy Policy. The Website only collects limited personal information through the Contact Us form and does not collect health or rehabilitation data.

19. General Provisions
19.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms and our Privacy Policy form the entire agreement between you and Concussion Rehab regarding the Website.
19.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
19.3 No Waiver
Failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.
19.4 Assignment
We may assign our rights under these Terms; you may not assign your rights without our prior written consent.
19.5 Interpretation
Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
19.6 Survival
Any provision that by its nature should survive termination of your access to the Website survives, including Sections 4, 8, 13, and 19.
