Comprehensive Approach
Concussion recovery is more than symptom management, it requires understanding how the brain, body, visual, vestibular, and cognitive systems interact after injury.
At Concussion Rehab, we take a precision based approach designed to restore function, capacity, and performance. This approach is informed by Melissa Biscradi’s research, and the world of world experts. Every treatment plan is tailored to the individual and may include targeted rehabilitation strategies for dizziness, headaches, visual dysfunction, brain fog, balance problems, cognitive fatigue, and nervous system overload.
Patients are active participants in recovery. You’ll leave sessions with clear strategies, exercises, and tools designed to accelerate progress between appointments.
No more “just rest and wait it out.” Recovery should be structured, measurable, and intentional.

Compassion
I understand how scary and isolating it can be after a concussion. When attending to my patients, I’m empathetic and listen deeply. Supporting your emotional health is just as important as supporting your physical health. As the chief Brain Crusader of Rehab Lab, I’m invested in your progress and walk alongside you throughout your journey of recovery. I always follow up with my patients and check in with them between sessions. You do not have to recover alone!
Comfort
Concussion Rehab is designed with the injured brain in mind.
Our Toronto clinic is a quiet, calming, private space intentionally created for individuals experiencing concussion symptoms such as headaches, dizziness, visual sensitivity, brain fog, and overstimulation. That means no crowded waiting rooms, loud music, or harsh lighting.
We aim to create an environment that feels supportive, focused, fun and comfortable, so your nervous system can settle and your brain can better engage in recovery.
Experience
With almost 15 years of hands-on experience working with patients and many years in clinical research, I’m a confident clinician who has seen a vast variety of cases- and every one of them has had potential. No two concussions are alike and no two patients are alike — and I am committed to getting the best results possible with each patient that walks through my door.
